Dunkin Cookie Butter Cold Brew - Copy Kat Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 16 ounces unsweetened cold brew

  • Ice cubes

  • 1-2 tablespoons heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon cookie butter

  • 2 tablespoon 2% milk

  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream

Topping:

  2. Prepare the Cookie Butter Cold Foam: In a separate cup, combine the cookie butter, milk, and heavy cream. Using a handheld milk frother, whip the ingredients together for about 60 seconds or until you achieve a thick, frothy consistency.

  3. Assemble and Enjoy: Once your cold foam is ready, gently pour it over your cold brew mixture. Watch as it floats on top like a cloud. To finish off, generously sprinkle crushed Lotus Biscoff cookie on top.
