Starbucks Iced Chestnut Praline Latte + Sugar Cookie Cold Foam- Copy Kat Recipe

We've all been there: standing in line at Starbucks, watching the barista craft that beautiful Venti Iced Chestnut Praline Latte with Sugar Cookie Cold Foam. But the price? A whopping $10! It's a delightful treat, no doubt, but what if you could enjoy that same heavenly taste without emptying your wallet? Today, I’m sharing my game-changing at-home version that’s as good (if not better!) than the store-bought favorite.

Ingredients:

Chestnut Praline Topping:

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

  • 1/2 teaspoon raw sugar/turbinado sugar

  • Pinch of salt

Iced Chestnut Praline Latte:

Sugar Cookie Cold Foam:

Instructions:

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine all the Chestnut Praline Topping ingredients: cinnamon, cloves, ginger, raw sugar, and a pinch of salt. Mix thoroughly and set aside. This blend will be the soul of your latte, bringing that signature Starbucks flavor right to your kitchen.

  2. Start by brewing your four espresso shots using your preferred method: instant espresso, a Moka pot, an Aeropress, a Nespresso, or a classic espresso machine.

  3. In a large glass, combine the salted caramel syrup, hazelnut syrup, freshly brewed espresso, milk, and ice. Give it a good stir to mix all the flavors together.

  4. In a separate smaller cup, combine the cupcake syrup with the sweet cream creamer (or your milk + heavy cream mixture).

  5. Using a handheld milk frother, froth the mixture for about 60 seconds until it becomes thick and creamy.

  6. Gently pour your sugar cookie cold foam over your chestnut praline latte.

  7. Sprinkle the homemade chestnut praline topping generously over the foam.

  8. Grab a straw and dive into this luxurious at-home treat!
