Air-Fried Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
This recipe could easily be title: THE ONLY BRUSSELS SPROUTS RECIPE YOU’LL EVER NEED!! I won’t say this recipe will turn non brussels lovers to the brussels loving side, but they are DELICIOUS! Try them for yourself!
Crispy Air Fried Parmesan Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients:
1 pound fresh brussels sprouts
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp garlic powder
1/2 tbsp chili powder
2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Instructions:
Preheat your air fryer at 375 degrees for 10 minutes
While that is preheating, cut each brussels sprout in half from top to bottom and add to a large bowl
Season the sliced brussels sprouts with olive oil and seasonings, and mix - make sure to coat evenly
Add seasoned brussels sprouts to the air fryer and air fry for 8-10 minutes at 375, shaking every 3 minutes. They should get golden and crispy but not be burnt. If the brussels sprouts are burning, add more oil and lower the heat to 350.
Once brussels sprouts are crispy and golden, transfer them to a plate and serve! I like to dip them in this garlic aioli!
I GUARANTEE if you make these crispy air fried parmesan brussels sprouts for your family and friends, they will love you forever! These taste like you spent hours on them, but they actually only take 15 minutes to whip up!! Make them for a special occasion, or as a side for a weeknight dinner!
